QRBIT is proud to announce our participation in the newly launched INQREASE (INdustrial Quantum ecosystem for next-generation Secure nEtwork) project, a major European initiative aimed at developing a mature, security-certified industrial ecosystem for terrestrial Quantum Key Distribution technologies.
The INQREASE project brings together leading European industrial and academic partners to advance the technology stack from fundamental quantum components to complete, deployable QKD systems and network software. The project aligns directly with the goals of the European Quantum Communication Infrastructure (EuroQCI). QRBIT’s core contribution leverages our expertise in classical/quantum coexistence and prototype development. Specifically, within the framework of INQREASE, we will develop a deployable, operator-grade device that actively manages optical filtering, dynamic wavelength management, and power control to optimize Secret Key Rate (SKR) performance.
On September 16, members of the QRBIT team proudly joined our esteemed consortium partners for the official INQREASE kick-off meeting.
We look forward to collaborating with our partners, including ThinkQuantum, University of Padova, GRNET, QUBITECH, AUREA Technology, AIT, Leonardo, IMEC, QoolNet, and Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, over the next 48 months to strengthen Europe’s technological sovereignty and cyber resilience in the quantum era.
Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to push the boundaries of quantum communication!
